Shipping and delivery
Made to order: printing takes 1–3 business days, then the parcel ships.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
A tracking number is sent by SMS when the parcel leaves.
Printing and washing
Digital printing (DTF). It does not crack or peel.
Wash inside out at 30°C and do not iron over the print. Avoid bleach and tumble drying.
Returns and exchanges
Unused items can be returned within 14 days. Size exchanges are free.
Personalised items made with the design tool cannot be returned unless there is a production fault.
