How your order travels
- Order receivedOnce your payment is confirmed we send an order confirmation e-mail. Your order number is in that e-mail.
- In preparationYour product is printed in the size and colour you chose. Catalogue products take 1–2 business days, custom designs 2–4.
- Handed to the courierYour tracking number arrives by e-mail. You can look it up on the courier's website.
- DeliveredDelivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
How to track it
If you have an account
Log in, go to Orders and pick the order you want to follow.
Your order history, delivery status and invoices all live there.
If you checked out as a guest
Track it with the order number from your confirmation e-mail and your e-mail address.
Cannot find the e-mail? Check your spam folder — and if it is still missing, write to us and we will look it up.
Something wrong?
If your parcel is late, the tracking number does not work or the package arrived damaged, write to us — add your order number and we will get there faster.
