Returns and Exchanges

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return shipping is on us — or you can bring it to our shop.

1. General

At Fame Stoned customer satisfaction comes first. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you have the right to return or exchange the products you buy.

2. Right of return

Period

Within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product you may return it without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • The invoice and documents sent with the product must be complete

How it works

  1. Tell usReach us on +90 544 583 28 54 or at famestonedturk@gmail.com; give your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Send itOnce your return is approved, send the product with the contracted courier or bring it to our shop.
  3. Get your refundOnce the product reaches us and is checked, your refund is issued within 14 days.

3. Non-returnable items

  • Products designed personally for you or printed with your own artwork
  • Products unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds whose packaging has been opened
  • Used, washed or damaged products
  • Products whose tags have been removed or packaging destroyed

4. Exchanges

Size or colour

You can return the product and place a new order to change size or colour. If you come to our shop we can also do the exchange on the spot.

Faulty or damaged products

If the product that reaches you is faulty or damaged, tell us within 2 (two) days of delivery, with photos. Faulty or damaged products are replaced free of charge.

5. Shipping costs

If you use your right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost is ours. For a faulty or damaged product, both the delivery and the return costs are covered by us.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product reaches us and is checked, your refund is issued within 14 days to the credit card or bank account you paid with. How long a card refund takes to appear depends on your bank.

7. Returns at the shop

If you would rather not wait for a courier, bring the product with its invoice to our shop in Bakırköy. The shop is open every day, 10:00 – 21:00.
